Cancellation & Refund Policy

Each lamp is handmade in an edition of five, so orders cannot be cancelled or returned once payment is successful.

Refunds are given only if:

1. the lamp arrives damaged, faulty or is the wrong item — email thewarmwood@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 92664 02407 within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos/unboxing video; we will repair, replace or fully refund; or
2. we are unable to fulfil your order — full refund.

Failed or duplicate payments are refunded automatically.

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
